We are looking at new ways of running our Patient Participation Group (PPG) to make sure all our patient viewpoints are represented and we’d welcome your ideas on how to do this. We recognise that not everyone has the time to attend formal meetings so we’re also thinking about introducing some online or digital forums. If you have any suggestions or would like to register your interest in getting involved please email email@example.com
City Health Care Partnership CIC is looking for patients registered at our four GP Surgeries in Hull to become members/virtual members of a Patient Participation Group.
If you are a registered patient at Kingston Medical Centre, Riverside Medical Centre, The Quays or The Calvert Practice and would be interested in helping to shape future services, comment on existing ones and be a friend of the practice…then please contact your practice reception for further details. We look forward to hearing from you.
If you are happy for us to contact you occasionally by email please click the link below to open the sign-up form and complete all the fields.
