If you would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms and new patient questionnaire that are available from our reception desks or telephone the practice or bring in your medical card. You will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.

This practice now offers a video GP service – LIVI – to all our patients. To access the service, simply download LIVI from the App store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android), and sign up. You can get medical advice, prescriptions and referrals by video, with appointments available on the same day, even at weekends.

Dear Patient, if you require an interpreter at your appointment please contact the Practice to book one for you. We are sorry we cannot book interpreters via our online appointment booking system.
