Patients with Particular Needs

Our surgeries are accessible to patients using a wheelchair. We also have parking spaces which are reserved for patients displaying a disabled sticker.

For patients with hearing problems, we have hearing loop facilities. 

We can arrange interpretation and translation services in person or by phone for patients who do not speak English. Please let us know if you need this service when booking an appointment

Using a Chaperone

If you feel you would like to use a chaperone during an examination or consultation by one of our clinicians please ask at reception at the time of booking or when arriving for your appointment.  You may also ask during the consultation with a GP or other clinician.  Our clinicians may also request the use of a chaperone.
